This is Adam using Debs account to respond.
 
You registered the Austin Art Farm domain name for the Austin Art Farm.  There is no question that you did it for me and our organization, especially since that is the content that was put on it originally was for and about our organization.  As for us not paying for it... this is not true.  You and I both know this.  I gave you any money ever asked for, to cover the costs of registering the domain names and for the hosting expenses.  I want to remind you that I have some e-mails between us that clarify this issue.    They discuss payments I gave you for this.  Also, I have record of the the transfer of funds to your net-spend card for this.
 
Also, I asked you to list me as the owner of the domain names.  How is it that the information has you listed as the owner?  Did you have this planned or did you have me listed as owner in the beginning?  I am currently trying to find out how it was originally registered.  It is my belief that you did not have it planned out to take our domain names away and I will discover that you changed the information at some point to make it appear that you are the owner. 
 
If there are any debts that have been incurred for the domain registry or hosting fees, that have not been paid, please forward a bills along with receipts validating these fees and we will be glad to pay them. 
 
I have been trying to avoid communicating with you because of the hostile and vindictive actions you take.  As for me changing and it having any bearing on your hostility, I think you should look closer to see if there is change with me.  You will find it if you look, but it is clear that it doesn't matter what change I find, you will continue you campaign of hate mongering anyway.
 
Since you are going to keep the hate mongering information on our website, for now...  and you claim it is full of truth, I challenge you to post all sides of this issue and install a forum to allow free exchange of thoghts and ideas from all parties involved.  If not, what are you afraid of?...  the truth?  Also, please post this letter, If you are not afraid of the truth.

Ever changing ?!?! man, that is the funniest thing I have read in a long time.

As for the so-called payments that Adam submitted to me that was back earlier this year while I was back in Boston visiting my family, and it took weeks before he ever got around to sending it.

But, what was that payment for ?? it was for 6 months of web hosting service and not for the registering of a domain, and in fact this very domain was registered long before I went home to Boston.

NOTE: according to Network Solutions WHOIS search the domain was registered July 8, 2006 which was at least 8 months before Adam ever gave me any money for any services.

See, just like my computer that he tried to make his own through lies and deception he is attempting to do the same with this domain, and that is his game.

As for his letter containing truth the only thing that is true is that he sent me $45 for 6 months of hosting on MY HOSTING SERVICE.... and that was about it.

And, in my response to him I had to remind him that since he narced this site out to my hosting service that I was unable to put a forum up now.... it was about to be put up.... in fact my hosting service has this really cool feature where their servers automatically install PHPBB and configure it for my account.

BUT, since I can no longer host this site on there that is no longer an option.

But as for the truth it is all right here in this site.... want proof ?? go to Ruta Maya or Trophies in Austin Texas and just mention his name.... watch the reactions you get, and then sit and listen to the stories that people will tell you.
